A great healthy simple treat that is extremely addicting and easy to make.

Wilderness Maple Roasted Almonds
Ingredients
- 8 C raw whole almonds
- 4 TBSP melted butter or for non-dairy I use Nucoa
- 1 C maple syrup
- 1 TSP coarse salt
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375 F. Line a rimmed baking sheet with parchment paper
- Place almonds in a large bowl. In a small mixing bowl, combine the melted butter or Nucoa and maple syrup, whisking until well combined.
- Pour over the almonds, stirring well with a wooden spoon or spatula until nuts are evenly coated.
- Spread almonds onto the prepared baking sheet, and sprinkle with salt.
- Bake for 35 to 40 minutes, rotating baking sheet and stirring the nuts half-way through to ensure even roasting.
- Be careful not to over bake.
- Allow the almonds to cool completely on the baking sheet on a wire cooling rack, then transfer to an airtight container.
- Maple Roasted Almonds will keep for 1 week in an airtight container at room temperature if they last that long. 🙂
