There is something refreshing and even romantic to me about diffusing essential oils. I love all things natural and I also am excited when one thing provides multiple purposes in my home.
I used to be a MAJOR candle junky!! I had candles burning in every room of my house, on the back porch and even in my chimneya. I just LOVE the comfort and ambience created by the warm glow of a candle.
This all changed when I was introduced to using a diffuser. Now don't get me wrong – I do still love a candle, but I have gotten very choosy when it comes to what I am putting in the air I breathe. Since being extremely ill, I have to be very careful what I am breathing and putting on my body because every little thing affects me and not in such good ways.
The diffuser is a great way to have wonderful aromas floating through your home adding great benefits to those that occupy it!
I have been focusing heavily on natural medicines, herbs and essential oils since I was 14 years old and the older I get the more I enjoy the benefits of things from nature. Our society has gotten so toxic with chemical cleaners, gmo's in our food, dangerous ingredients in our health care products and in seeing this, it has led me to be more careful what I use in my house, on my body and what I feed my family.
In several upcoming posts, I will share with you what I use and make for my personal skin & hair care products and the natural cleaners I use in my home. I enjoy making the items I use because I know they are healthier for my family and are saving us a lot of money.
Instead of grabbing your store bought sprays and candles, I encourage you to learn to use essential oils in your home. Below you will find some wonderful natural, safe, healthy and beneficial essential oil blends that I know you will enjoy.

There are SO many benefits to each of the essential oils listed above. As I mentioned, they not only provide wonderful scents and aromas through your house, but they have wonderful calming, relaxing and aiding benefits to the body and mind.
Be sure to get yourself a diffuser. I promise you, you will not regret having one and you know I am a frugal person, but this is one investment that has been worth every penny. There are many diffusers to choose from so if you would like assistance in purchasing one feel free to let me know in the comments below.
In addition to using essential oils, I encourage you to learn the benefits of each oil. As many of you know, we have a pretty substantial library of books and one of which I recommend to anyone looking to learn more about essential oils is, Modern Essentials.
Modern Essentials is an amazing book loaded with the uses for each of these oils, the history of the oils, scientific details and so much more. I always say it is extremely important to keep learning and I feel that this is one area that we should all be expanding upon as well as learning more about the plants and edibles God has put on this earth for all our needs.
Stay tuned, we will be conducting several webinars in the near future on essential oil benefits, uses and more…

I used to be a major candle junky too! The older I got the less scents I could handle though. I still have some of the fruity smelling ones that I love but they’re in a spot in the basement that I can’t hardly get to so they never get used. LOL
Totally hear you Michelle… That is what happened to me – just can’t stand the smell of synthetic things and scents and I am draw to the earthy smells of the essential oils… Thanks for taking the time to read my dear friend… Blessings to you and yours… <3
