May 25th, 2018: In today’s show I share my Facebook Live broadcast titled Perseverance & The Comparison Game. I felt this was a very powerful broadcast that was worthy of being shared in different platforms. I should have titled it Raw & Real because this broadcast demonstrated greatly that I am no different than yourself. I had a conversation this week and received a YT comment that inspired today’s FB Live
Perseverance…. Who is getting really good at putting your perseverance to the test?
“Dear brothers and sisters, when troubles of any kind come your way, consider it an opportunity for great joy. For you know that when your faith is tested, your endurance has a chance to grow. So let it grow, for when your endurance is fully developed, you will be perfect and complete, needing nothing. If you need wisdom, ask our generous God, and he will give it to you. He will not rebuke you for asking.”
James 1:2-5 NLT
“A final word: Be strong in the Lord and in his mighty power. Put on all of God’s armor so that you will be able to stand firm against all strategies of the devil. For we are not fighting against flesh-and-blood enemies, but against evil rulers and authorities of the unseen world, against mighty powers in this dark world, and against evil spirits in the heavenly places. Therefore, put on every piece of God’s armor so you will be able to resist the enemy in the time of evil. Then after the battle, you will still be standing firm. Stand your ground, putting on the belt of truth and the body armor of God’s righteousness. For shoes, put on the peace that comes from the Good News so that you will be fully prepared.
