For those of you that are unemployed, struggling with your finances or you know someone in this position, I have found a perfect resource and one that I would HIGHLY recommend.
I not only had the privilege to read HOPE ~ Thriving While Unemployed, I also had the extreme pleasure to also interview the co-author Angi Schneider. To listen to the interview, click here.
HOPE ~ Thriving While Unemployed is a clearly a labor of love written by Angi and Carl Schneider of SchneiderPeeps.com. They shared their personal experience of how they coped with several years of unemployment. Their writing style provides an enjoyable read and their desire to help other people is clearly expressed.
I feel this book is an incredible resource for every family, not just those that are struggling financially because their tips, suggestions and experience offer something for everyone. I would also suggest this book for teenagers and young adults to help them see not just what could happen, but how to be prepared and to use the tips offered in the book to keep them ahead and aware of simple things they could do to help them save money and to form good habits from an early age.
Angi and Carl are very faithful people, allowing God to lead their family and because they have such a strong FAITH and are feeling driven to share their HOPE with others they are offering a FREE digital copy to those that are currently unemployed. If you are currently unemployed or know someone that is, feel free to email Angi and Carl at schneiderpeeps@juno.com to receive your FREE copy.
For those of you interested in purchasing a copy for yourself or a loved one, you can do so by following this link: HOPE ~ Thriving While Unemployed.
Angi has also written two other books that you may be interested in and to which I also highly recommend:
